Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 ounces plain yogurt (Fat Free-Greel Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup milk (Skim, Fat Free, Soy)
- 1 Packet Splenda (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add milk and splenda.
- Pour into molds and freeze.
