Low-Fat Banana Yogurt Pops Let's be honest - you can't always get kids interested in healthy eating. We found the ideal compromise in Low-Fat Banana Yogurt Pops. The kids will love to make their own popsicles, and, in this healthy children's snack, the sugar is optional!

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 ounces plain yogurt (Fat Free-Greel Yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup milk (Skim, Fat Free, Soy)
  • 1 Packet Splenda (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add milk and splenda.

  2. Pour into molds and freeze.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
