Wednesday exercise thread
Good Morning Norm & friends -
Today I'll hit the gym for cardio only. 45-60 minutes depending on my mood. I've had two days of weights in a row, so I'll take a break from weights today. Of course, I'll probably throw in a couple of ab sets too. I don't really count them as weight training.

Hey Norm! Today I will do my 10:2 walk/run sequence at the gym on the treamill. Then some upper body before coming home to do my physical therapy exercises and stretches. Have a great day!

Yesterday was bikes and weights. Today recumbent and stepper. My left foot has been swelling up on me the last 3 weeks after workouts; treadmill makes it worse, so I've switched to biking. It gets hard and hot down the middle and moving along the inner veins to the inside ankle bone, now the outside ankle bone is swelling after workouts. I know nothing about feet. Someone mentioned fasciitus maybe?? Anybody have any ideas?

Ok, so I'm late to the party today. Didn't get to exercise till late, then time got away from us. Paul and I walked on the beach today, using the metal detector to try to find our fortune. Before we knew it, 2.5 hours had gone by. We walked about 21 blocks or so, then 21 back again. (No Norm, we didn't find that $10,000 ring. But we did find about 46 cents and a toy car.)
