I meant to tell you, there's a special on the National Geographic channel this week about a British metal detector enthusiast who found 5 millions dollars worth of treasure on a vacant lot. You should check out the site, I'm sure they'll repeat it or show it online.

Thanks, Norm!  I'll have to check it out.  Is that the guy that was unemployed when he found the stuff?  There's a museum in DE of treasures all found by the owner----gold chains, gold bars, eating utensils, all kinds of cool stuff.

Good Morning Norm & fellow gym rats!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. The scale is not moving but the clothes are fitting better. Go figure

Hi PA,

Well I did it! I ran my first 5K on Saturday and it was awsome. I felt strong and very happy at the end. On Sunday I rode 27 miles on the bike (Girls with Gears event) and earned some serious bragging rights because the course was very hilly and the winds were insane. I had a serious endorphine rush this weekend :o) Yesterday I recovered with 2,  45 min. walks with the red dog. Today my plan is a short run.

Oh, my running partner talked me in to registering for the Phila. Womens Duathlon in July. Now I really have a training goal to reach.
