Thursday workout

Its almost FRIDAY...its almost FRIDAY!!!!  Yippy!  I am jumping up and down because the weekend is almost here...that counts as exercise right? :)

I went to bed last night at 8:45...it wasnt until after i was half asleep that I remembered i was going to get on the treadmill and do some sprinting...oh well.  Tonight, I have karate.  Will come home and hop on treadmill for awhile.

One hour split across the stationary and the free-arm elliptical.

Feeling quite good!

Probably will not hit the gym tomorrow, because I'm going camping, and will take the extra sleeping time to add on to the end of my day around the fire with my friends.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Didn't have a full hour since I have to be in Bala Cynwyd this morning. I'll try to get another walk in later today. I have a friend that likes to walk now and then, so I'll see if she's available today.

Hey Heather! 

Today I have PT after school and I know she will make me run - which is fine BUT I am doing a 5K tonight and I can't wait!!  Wahoo!!  It's a new one at the park where I ususally run.  It starts at 6:30.  I am not setting out to break any records but just a fun run.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
