well good morning Mr. Todd.. glad to see you posting again. I was awake when you posted, too, but was doing something totally inappropriate with someone totally appropriate.. LOL I know TMI, but it is MY BIRTHDAY so I can say and do what I want,right?!?!
So, I'm off work just because I didn't feel I should have to do anything important on MY day. I am about to take Siehara to camp, grab some coffee and come back home and do absolutely nothing. Bron is still sleeping and probably will be for awhile. I'll probably crawl back into bed and watch mindless TV or a movie until he wakes up.
I'm not sure how long he is going to be here today, so any other plans for the day are totally dependent on that. If he is not still here, I will go to Zumba and Pilates at the gym tonight. I have to take care of ME so I can have many more birthdays. If he is still here at that point, I would hope that he and I and Siehara will be out somewhere having a birthday dinner.
Whatever the day brings, I am grateful to have a healthy year coming up. This is going to be my best birthday ever!!
Tomorrow night.. open invite to all to join me and Steffi at Pig Pen for some birthday fun!!

Good morning all - sux about the lack of A/C in your office, Swede - I'd gladly send some of the cold air that's blasting out in my office to you! I know I shouldn't complain about the a/c in here when it's 104 outside, but damn, I've been cold! You just wait - you start shedding that fluff and you'll get cold a lot faster too.
I'm at work - nothing new there - I am off tomorrow, tho, so it'll be a nice long weekend. Hubby has an appt in the AM to get measured for his lenses for his cataract surgery - we don't have a date yet but it should be soon. When he gets home we'll be heading to the beach for the weekend to our friends' place in Fenwick - can't wait - last weekend was NOISY, BUSY, and EXHAUSTING (oh, and EXPENSIVE) - this weekend should be QUIET, RESTFUL and a lot cheaper!!
Feeling a little down this morning - today is my daughter Kim's 33rd birthday and my oldest granddaughter Lacee's 17th birthday, but they're in Seattle and I am here...sigh...but I talked to them last night and will again later this morning - I already texted Lacee a special birthday song she requested from me and since I know she keeps her phone ON and by her head when she sleeps I'm sure she's gotten it already!!

I actually have plans today! lol We are headed out late morning to stop in my office and visit everyone, then I have to run into Wegmans, my 6 week OB appt at 1:50 and the chiropractor at 2:45 - WHEW! I am tired and hot already. I hope Amelia cooperates with all the car time and "in and outs" we have to do today

I am running up to Rothman in South Philly this morning to meet with the doctor about my hip. Then I am meeting a friend for lunch. After that a quick trip to see Carol (my physical therapist) to fill her in on my doctor appointment then home to relax. Have a great day everyone!

I just read your post about your hip. 
Best of luck to you!!!! Rothman has a great reputation, so you should be in good hands!!! My beau had a torn labrum in his shoulder and is doing well since it was repaired. I know---can't compare a shoulder to a hip. But I hope you have a speedy, complete recovery and can do your marathon!!!

Swede---I hope they get your AC fixed!!! Shouldn't be working in those conditions!!! I don't think I would have stayed and worked in that heat---I would have been sick!
Nothing going on around here today. It was looking stormy earlier (not sure if it still is). We'll probably head out to the beach later. My plan is to do a lot of reading today---I'm really getting into the book I just picked up at the library. I need to get a walk in today, too, since I haven't done it for a couple of days.
