-38 minutes and counting! What's good?
I had a weird day. Cat attacked our new hamster, what a fiasco....he knocked his cage over and then brought the hamster downstairs to "play". Hamster survived and DH built him a new enclosure, cat proof.
B: 1 packet oatmeal / 1/2 WW muffin with a little peanut butter
Then on the road for over an hour to go get my son who spent the night with a friend.
Took a bag of snacks:
1 cheese stick
Special K snack bar
Went to the mall to get some chewable vitamins, my son was hungry so he wanted to go to Friendly's (I don't care to eat there, but was hungry)
Fish sandwich, picked the fish off
D: 1/2 of a chicken cordon bleu / 1/4 cup veggies / 1 spoon of potatoes
ice cream - went over the top here....tomorrow I start again.
I feel kind of stupid in coming to a realization over the weekend, although I've not done anything about it. I know that I don't eat balanced. I eat 1 thing and therefore I think I am eating too much of it. Well when that's the only thing you eat, of course, it's going to look like a lot. So instead, I'm going to try to eat more balanced which in turn should help that want/need to have a snack between meals and see if it helps. Like for breakfast yesterday I had the oatmeal and 1/2 of an english muffin. With that, I couldn't eat the whole packet of oatmeal. I think I need to forego eating all of what's on my plate with that 1 item and eat smaller portions of the fruit and veggies that I also need. I could be sabotaging myself by not getting the nutrients that I need for weightloss, even though my portions are bandster size. I don't know if I'm right, but I'm going to work on this. I'm contemplating a fill so I'll see how this week goes first, then make an appointment if things are not working.
Sorry so long of apost!
