Menu, please........
 Week 2 (Day 8)  Atkins Induction.
B: Pecans, Cheese
L: Chicken Salad
S: Cheese sticks
D: Cheese Omelette
I can't believe I haven't had any sugar (chocolate) and barely any carbs for a whole week.  We even went to a dessert party on Saturday night and I ate cheese and nuts.  Woohoo!! I am planning to do this one more week and then start adding some good carbs.

 Better, but I still have improvements to do.
B: Starbucks hot chocolate with NF Milk and No Whip
S: small amt of M&Ms
L:  Grilled chicken
S:  Peanuts (too many I am sure, but a better choice than of late)
D:  Hardboiled egg, Apple Cinnamon Fiber One Muffin, 6 oz juice
S:  a few multi-grain chips
Lots of water!
And I exercised tonight too, and did physical therapy this morning. 
 My new week......I was so happy that I could put last week behind me.   I thought I'd go to mushies for a few days just to get back on track.  So for today....
B:   Fat Free yogurt
L:   F/F Cottage Cheese w/ sugar free peaches
D:   Part Skim Ricotta Cheese w/ a pinch of shredded part skim mozz. cheese w/ sauce.
S:   1/2 cup salt free pretzels
Lotsa Water......
