That sounds, really tangy, hon! I usualy use a little boneless roast and do about the same thing, but I will try it with the chops, and add, the soda! Can't wait to see those pics! ha I know you're sick of hearing that! Sorry, sweetie!

Honey, I sure hope you finally popped that fever, and are nice an toasty! Isn't it great, they say the flu shots, we all got this year do nothing against the flu that is nationwide?! If you don't feel better, soon, I'd call your doctor, and let her know. I really think it just has to run it's course, but you have to get that fever down! Keep us posted, and I think the hot tea, and honey, is a good thing, with the soup!

L: 2 chz sticks and some mini rice cakes
S: 6 mini saltines w/a dab of nat pb on each
D: at TGI Fridays for my niece and nephews 20th b-day:
Parmesan crusted chicken - ate 1/2 the breast, 1 tortellini and the mozzarella out of the tomato/mozz salad. I can't eat skins off anything so I didn't dare try the tomato.
Oh...had a piece of ice cream cake.

I understand, Annette. I remember thinking, "am I just another one of those surgical weight loss patients *****gains the weight?"
Here is the reality. We know we need the band to maintain a normal weight. We realized that prior to getting the band. So, with no restriction - we eat. But once the restriction is back, that "extra" weight comes off.
Take care and don't beat yourself up. It will be okay.

I'm so sorry that you are suffering. I had the same thing about a week ago.
My Mother would have said that the only soup when you are sick is chicken soup. Of course we know that there are other options... Why don't you try hot tea. Maybe with honey and lemon. My grandmother said that would knock any cold out of you. I guess it will work for the flu too. Make sure you are getting in plenty of liquids and take tylenol to keep down the fever. I will always be a Jewish Mother you know...
What good did my flu shot do this year? Feel better and try to keep yourself warm!

I sure hope so...the guilt that comes with gaining is horrible sometimes. It makes a person eat worse! I get so ashamed of myself for gaining.
