Hey! Sharon! Sorry the weather stunk! Post work-out: Hot Coco made with Elite Chocloate Mint protein powder and warm water. Yum! Breakfast: 4 oz hamburger patty topped with small amount of grilled mushrooms and onions. Lunch: Cottage cheese, peaches, and a few sprinkles of Go Lean Crunch for crunch. S: SF popsicle D: 3 oz of pork chop (bread crumbs coated and sauteed in olive oil) and small serving of sauteed veggies (purple onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and garlic) Water: 100 oz!

Its so amazing that she thinks she is fooling us. The minute she starts typing/talking she might as well have a neon sign over her head saying (Hide dee). You did good so did Chelle and all the bandsters.

I think the way we Bandsters have conducted ourselves is something to be proud of. I did have a bit of fun with Dee over there, but for the most part, I try to be respectful. I don't understand the constant anger that some people have.
