I am just so nervous, all this time waiting and its here! I feel like I'm afraid I will screw this up somehow.  I am not sure if it makes sense. I just have alot of emotion.

What an incredible b-day present Lindsey.   Am incredibly happy for ou.    I am sure ou are anxious.   The waiting is over.  :-).

Hi everyone! I have been around OH for about a year now but its my first time posting on the Quebec forum. I am not from Quebec but I am about to have the VSG with Dr Michel Gagner at the Westmount Square Surgical Center. It is a long story as to how it came about that I am going to Montreal for my surgery. Anyway, I don't know my way around the city too much, will be staying with a friend who will take me to WSSC and collect me the next day.

I was wondering if I could get from you any recommendations as to where to buy some post op stuff like protein, broth, etc. I will be in Montreal for about 9 days following surgery. So I just need a bit of shopping to tide me over till I get home where I am all stocked up. Also if anyone has any positive experiences with the WSSC tell me...my surgery is on the 9th of October. Thanks for your advice! Also if there are any support groups that I could benefit from for the short time that I am there, it would be great. Coz when I get home I am going to be flying solo on this, plus OH of course.
