Hey Stephanie...fantastic to hear you are doing so well!!

It really does feel fantastic and actaully going to the gym is fun!!! I look forward to going and working out with my cutie of a trainer...

I know what you mean about the knees. When I first starting at the gym my trainer was checking my knees and couldn't really locate my kneecap and the tendon...now that some of the fat is gone...he can!!

To everyone who is waiting...hang in there...it's al sooooo worth the wait!!!

Hugs,
Ada

Congrats Stephanie.  That's amazing.    I hope to have the same success as you are having.

I often think - how am I going to do it,  I have over 200 lbs to lose,    but reading these success stories,  I know it is attainable.   :-)  I'll do it.

Am praying my call will come soon  - as well as those who have been waiting for their journey to commence.

You go girl!!!

OOoh, that must have felt soo awesome.   :-)          Incredible..

I sooo long to be able to walk into a room and not feel that everybody is staring at the "fat girl"...... or seeing them commment  to each other,    (some strangers can be especially cruel,  they whisper to the other ,  the other turns and looks at you  - they don't even hide it).    I mean COME ON.   I would never do that to a person,  I just don't get it.....       oh well....

I cannot wait to feel "normal" too.    It must be a wonderful feeling.   Congrats to you  - all the waiting, hard work and determination is paying off and the journey is well worth it.

I too am very quiet and don't socialize much at work   - I  am not drawn to attention because I often feel that it is negative because of my weight,   I cannot wait to feel the confidence to just walk in and let the eyes look at me.  :-)    and be proud of who I am...     (and not hide in the corner).

You guys are the best.  I love the support, the stories  - EVERYTHING.    Helps so much.

Hi dear,

I know the waiting period is dreadful. I waited over 5 years for my surgery....but you know what... it'll make it that much sweeter. Hang in there. I hear you. Stay away from the negative, be selfish and put your needs first. This is the only way you can do this.

I support you and know that you will succeed!

Stephanie

Dear friends,

I am down 87lbs .... had surgery Feb 21st .. so 3.5mths ago. Not only am I lighter, but I feel that my shape is changing ... i am starting to see my knees .... this is a huge thrill. I always hated my legs and the fat that t looked that I didn't have knees!

The energy is great. Going to the gym and having a personal trainer is a great motivation as well.

I pray that all of you find this happiness that I have found.

Love,
Stephanie
