 i'm staying at the sofitel montreal golden mile in downtown. i know its right by a university.

 I live downtown and the protests have been calming down lately, I feel very safe. 98% of the time the protests are planned and the routes are posted online. It's more of a inconvenience than anything. Where are you staying?  

 Hiya!!!! We had a blast! Tons of people all over an our hotel was right inthe heart of where he majority of the protesters were. A few pro-back to school students gathered on Saturday night but it was very quiet. )
