Another little update.
Dr. Garneau's office called me (Danielle - nurse) and said that she was ready to set up an appointment for my pre-op tests. Told her I'm due any minute (monday for that matter) and therefore she told me to call her back once I am no longer breast feeding baby. I asked her how long I would have been operated had I scheduled an appt right then and there, and she said that I would have been operated withing 4 months.
So although I'm also on RVH's list, I think I will stick with Dr. Garneau.

If you send me the number of optifast envelopes you have left & the cost, I will send you a pre-addressed prepaid bubble envelope along with a cheque to send them to me. Does that work for you?

Thanks, your loss is pretty impressive as well, keep it up (or down... wording can get confusing when losing is winning
