Good Morning all of you on the "losers" bench and of course along with me those who are on the "waiting" bench. :-)
I was just wondering if any of you have spoken to Martine or any of the MD's at Rockland/Sacre-Coeur & have any updates. I am currently on the waiting list (over a year) and am getting a little anxious. Am hoping that they will call me soon.

CRYSTAL LL HW 357 SW 343 GW 175 (almost there)
My surgery for a revision (band to sleeve) is just around the corner and I am wondering if anyone has any hints or tips on how to be 'successful' with the sleeve. I suppose 'success' is a pretty open and relative word but after having endured a slipped band for the last year (and virtually regaining all my wieght lost post-band) I am a weeee bit nervous.
Any and all tips and hints would be appreciated...things like: favorite foods, chewing suggestions, foods to avoid, outlooks, expected hiccups on the journey...etc.
