Hi All,
How often do you take your measurements? I have taken them only a few times since the begining. And finally did it today for the first time since Feb. I was a little sad to not have a big change.
But I went back and noticed that since the begining I lost 12 inches around my hips and 10 inches around my waist.
Is that good? I'm not sure what the average after a year should be.

Hello all,
I had to share my excitement with you guys. I am 2 weeks post-op today and I have been trying to have mushed eggs and potatoes, but it would'nt go down... I was getting discouraged a bit since I had no ideas on what to eat. My menu consisted of mostly liquids and beneprotein added. I was impatient to try more flavours in my menu and when I saw eggs wasnt doing good with me I decided to try "Mère Poule" baby food. AMAZZZZZZZZZZZING is what I have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beef & vegetables it actually tastes REAL (and it is lol)... Pork & Veggies, chicken & veggies... I am soooooooo happy, this is going down real good (limited) but what a great taste!!! Low sugar, no fat, and 10g of proteins per little cup... Amazing for lunch at work, i couldnt do soup anymore... lol
Anyways, here is my little excitement today!!!!!!!!
