Hahahaha!!! How is ball room dancing a sport? Thanks for the support dude! Golf will always be my summer sport. Once the weight will stabilize, I'll be able to focus on my flaws. For now, everytime I fix something I drop some weight and then my swing is messed up again. LOL

OMG, Derek, that's awesome! And in such a short period of time too! You are so right, instead of getting discouraged thinking how much we still have to work on, it's good to stop from time to time and see how far we've come! You are an inspiration, keep up the good work!
I had a great week as well. I was finally able to say goodbye to the 200's and I hope I never see them again! My ticker says I've lost 55 lbs since the beginning of my journey! That's pretty huge for me. Sometimes, when I'm brushing my teeth, I'll quickly look at myself in the mirror and be surprised! My face looks so different already! Insane!

Hamburgular! YOu are a studddd! Keep it up and who cares if you ever get your swing back as long as the weight comes off! Maybe you will have to take up a new sport? Ball room dancing, just a thought!

Hey guys,
I hope everyone had a great week. I know I did. I ended up losing 7 pounds this week and finally reached the 200's. YAYYYYYY!!! I made healthier choices food wise going for the leaner chicken and fish instead of red-meat. I also played 3 rounds of golf and every time I play and walk the course I roughly lose 3 pounds. Not bad I say. My game has gone to ****s since losing all this weight but my swing will come back eventually. Who wouldn't pay 30$ to play golf and lose 3 pounds. Basically for 1000$ you'd get 33 rounds of golf and you'd lose 100 pounds, I'm sure a bunch of people would hop on board. Anyways, as time goes by I realize that I've still got a ways to go but I have to stop sometimes to think of where I'm at and congratulate me. I am doing it and I'm proud of myself. Heck I bought some size LARGE boxers on the weekend. WTF??? XL Shirts. Size 38-40 pants. I used to be a 5XLT guys with a 50-52 waist. All this in 5 months (4 since surgery)? This is really something that I'm proud of and I want to continue on this path. Have a great week everyone!

Sarah, nice to hear from you. I've been so busy that I just haven't been on the computer! You are doing so great and a true mentor for many of us. What an achievement and it couldn't have happen to someone who deserves it like you! Hoping to see you during my next visit to the city.

Kessey,
I've been working alot of overtime and then some and haven't been on the board for almost a month. I see you had surgery and that all went well. That is great. Take it slowly for the next few weeks to a month your body is doing major adjusting to all the changes. Keep us posted. This board was my life line during the first year and the support is great.
Rest and sip sip sip away!
