This weekend I went shopping bought a couple of things, as well as getting my hair done... I feel like a million dollars! This is something that we all need to do on this journey to rediscovering ourselves.
Hi everyone..i am new here refered by a friend .. well my story .. i am currently on the waiting list at sacre ceour since nov 2012 and since march for dr court at rvh i am hoping to get my surgery soon ia m so excited about getting down to a healthy weight .. i am currently 270lbs bmi is 42 ... i have lived heavy all my life .. cant wait to go shopping in a skinny store instead of additionelle"gags"... well thats all for now ....

I start my optifast tomorrow and I'm getting really nervous. Two weeks before surgery date.
Not that I know of. He did my VSG in 2011 and those of two of my friends in 2010 and in neither case did he ask to follow a pre-op diet.
If he is your surgeon, you can be confident that you are in extremely competent hands!
