Labs back, Toxic on Vitamin D?!?!

which test was done?

some labs use 32-100
some use 35-150
some use 20-50

And the test we want is D 25. If they ran D 1,25, it's not useful to you. It was the wrong test, tells you nothing.

My own D 25 is 141 as of Nov, on the 32-100 range. Know9ing that some ranges go as high as 150, this doesn't worry me.

Water soluble D3 cannot GO toxic (means poison) but you might feel symptoms if you got that level up over 700 or so. I don't see that happening.

It was my local hospital lab. I finally got the lab results. It looks like 30-100 ng/ml, and it says 25 OH Vitamin D.

It just shows mine as >100.0, and it is flagged as H for high. Does that answer your questions? It would have been helpful if they did say how much it was. It does say they did the test 2 times.

Taking it every other day? If it was mine, I'd continue doing that since it worked.

Mine usually runs 90-100, but last spring it dropped to 78 and by fall it was 141, and I never changed a thing. I'm still leaving it alone since it tends to wander

I'd be thrilled with a B12 of 1600
