Do you buy viamins online?
H.A.L.A. was responding to the Vitacost poster I believe. I buy some of my vitamins on Amazon. Just easier than going to different websites. I buy Vitamin B12 from Trader Joe's and I like Vitamin Shoppe as well.

When I asked my dietician for a brand of vitamins she recommends, she told me to look for the USP symbol on the bottle.
That means the vitamins actually contain what they say they have. I have found that some of my local store brand have the symbol, some don't; it varies even within different kinds of the same brand, so I have to look carefully each time I purchase something new.
