Oh my! what cuties Anny! I do not have Superbowl plans but do have my monthly Women's meeting from Church and want to bring a snack I can eat. I have some cauliflower so I was thinking of those cauliflower Buffalo Bites I see on Pinterest. I do the bookkeeping for my Church as well and need to get the Tax statements finished. Oh fun :).
B: Tuna with cheddar melt
S: Premier Protein
L: Greek Yogurt, strawberries
D: Chicken with Kay's Natural's pretzel coating, zuchinni. (Bought the Kay's and haven't tried it)
S: Popcorn, Buffalo Bites
Exercise: 30 minutes mini-trampoline. I am very frustrated, I committed to my 30 minutes a day and am on day 11 I believe. Since I started exercising everyday I haven't lost a pound. Boo.

How do you like the mini-trampoline workouts? They look so fun and I'm dying to try them! It seems like it could feel like play instead of a workout...
I've had the mini trampoline forever, but could only do maybe 5 minutes. Yesterday for the first time I did 30 minutes. I don't use the DVD, just do my own thing. I do have special resistance bands clipped on so I can do arms too. Yesterday I used the 80s cardio station on Pandora... loved it, made it go fast, I think that is why I got 30 minutes in. I was afraid it would be too much on my legs, but my legs feel fine today. I like it because I can keep the trampoline standing on its side against the wall by my back door. Easy access, it is by living room so I can watch TV if I want and if I want to really put it away for company it is not that heavy and easy to move. Not like a bicycle or rower. It is really called a rebounder.

Mine is only a head shot, my friend took it last night (she's trying to help me get some cuter pictures on my dating profile and is messing around with editing options, that's why it's black and white). I like it because my hair is straight :) Hope everyone has a good weekend, I am so ready for it!

L - Kind Honey Mustard Bar (got these yesterday and it was SOOO good, I'm obsessed)
D - Out with a friends, so a glass of wine and likely a chicken breast before we go out
W/V - On track
E - None, I have to enjoy this blow out for at least one day, lol :)
