Everyone looks fantastic in their Friday selfies on this beautiful morning. I have attached two pictures below. The first was taken a couple of days ago, and the second was my NSV victory from my business trip this week. I was in Lafayette, CA at a leadership meeting. It has always been one of my goals to fit into a hotel robe. They have always taunted me with their promise of the one-size-fits-all. This trip it fit, and I have the picture to prove it! Also, I used to dread airplanes, but it was no problem this time. I was even able to comfortably cross my legs in the airplane seat. NSV number two!
My exercise schedule is all messed up with week with the trip, and I forgot to take my FitBit. I was really upset. Does exercise count if it doesn't register on a FitBit? Tonight I have a friend's birthday party, so I have no idea what I will eat for dinner, but I'm sure I will have no problem finding something WLS friendly.

Great pictures and great NSV! That's so funny about forgetting your Fitbit, I always think that when I forget mine...like exercise and steps somehow don't count any more and my body just stops burning calories. It's the philosophical question of "if a tree falls in the woods..." lol. I never thought I'd get philosophical about how many steps I take in a day, but that's what fitbit has driven me too :)
Today was the Friday from hades. An unplanned meeting took my planning which is when I eat breakfast & I keep a few students on Fridays for extra work through lunch (they love it) so no lunch! Gah
