I hate to exercise, but then I look at all of the successfully fit people on here (and in life really) and most of them are exercising regularly, so ultimately I think we (meaning me also) just need to make the choice, do we want to be like them, or the way we got to be by not doing it...

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)

M1=213 (-23), M2=201 (-12), M3=186 (-15), M4=175(-11), M5=166(-9), M6=157(-9), M7=153(-4)

I hate exercise!  I have a real hard time to motivate myself.  I can think of a thousand and one things to be doing instead of exercising.  That been said....My weight loss has been very slow,  have had lots of long stalls (some as long as 6 weeks)...one  right after another.  I have signed up for a exercise program at the hospital.  I figure if I kill over from exercising....at least I will already be at the hospital.  I went to the doctor this morning because I felt so bad and was having problems.  He told me my thyroid was way off (I don't have one) back when he saw me in December.....REALLY....why wasn't something done then??  Hoping when he gets my thyroid level....I will start losing again and feeling better.
