whatever works for you.
I use liquid organic stevia the most. I use some foods with splenda, but too much - makes me itch all over. Aspartame - I get horrible headaches and cravings for sweets. I tolerate saccharine in foods and drinks...
the small packages of artificial sweeteners have other stuff added to it, like dextrose. Dextrose is sugar. One package is not a lot - but if you use a lot of those little packs in recipes or during the day - it all adds up.. so watch for that..
SA - some can use it - some don't. Plus it is carb- real carb. Except Erythritol - that is a SA that is not suppose to be digested - it still can affect a person blood sugar and appetite.
