We are SO in the same industry. Machine learning, robotic process automation, personalized nudges...I AM OVER IT! Just do what amazon does and stop trying to make it a big deal lol.

I was wondering whether "bot"was just a fancy term for macro?

Your stripper/keto analysis is funny. Scary but funny. I'd like to think that some gym rat with a fondness for strip clubs came up with that idea-- not a marketing executive.

ok- its a Monday- UGH-supposed to have done some work this weekend and I DIDN'T!!! ha- so anyway- I have to find a way to fit in my workout this week as I've been slack and not going as much as I need to. for some reason I feel 'guilty' for not going also- need to get over that,

Saturday we met a guy to look at buying our camper, then I took john to the goodwill pay by pound and he liked it, he picked out these 2 ugly vintage mirror things on a whim, they were less than $1.50- turns out they are rare and worth $80 each! crazy. we both have good eyes about certain things. Sunday I quickly ran errands in the morning (grocery shopping)- our earth fare is closing so I've been stocking up on supplements, etc, and aldi. guy came in afternoon to look at camper and agreed to buy. so by this weekend, we will be sold! wahoo!

next weekend I plan on starting work on my garden area. I watched this homestead rescue show and they did a hugelculture garden style so I'm going to try that out in one long bed then do cinder block ones since we inherited a crap ton of those at the new house.

QOTD: I'm big into audio books and do kindle also. I like a mix of light fun books, murder mysteries, self help, insight timer app (with self help meditation). So I'm on a murder mystery audiobook now, and on day 3 of a weight support course on insight timer. I'm finding hard making the time for the latter since it requires sitting in a quiet space and meditating and I'm either working, driving or at home cooking so doing at the same time isn't a good idea. need to dedicate time...

Food today:

coffee

water

more water

more coffee

oatmeal/protein powder

bbq chicken/ shirataki noodles/mushrooms

dinner is chicken drumsticks and not sure what else.

Oh that marcona almond butter sounds delish; I have one that's pistachios, walnut oil and sea salt - I sub it for PB once in a while.

Hey JB and fellow ouch peeps. I'm off today and enjoying it! I went on my run- did well despite an awful case of saddle sore I got yesterday. I'm lounging today, whisking I would have taken off tomorrow instead of Wednesday. Oh well.

I got a wild hair to do a thorough cleaning of my kitchen after my run, so the stove and walls are glistening. Then I found a leak under the sink... sigh. Yesterday our air fryer died, so I bought a new one. This one is the power air fryer pro- it's a rotisserie, dehydrator and air fryer. Hubby already made Beef jerky- I really like the flavor. Loving the new gadget. currently I have still cut oats in the insta pot and eggs boiling. and Seasoned up a chicken to roast for dinner.

qotd: not reading anything.

m1: banana, steel cut oats & boiled egg.
m2: left over chili, or pulled chicken

m3: ? Some sort of snack

m4: roast chicken
