Lol, I threw out the box. Theyre' in the frozen section and are an egg white frittata with mozzarella, spinach and peppers (I think) If I can find the brand, I'll edit the post.

Edited to add: The brand is Garden Lites Veggies Made Great Spinach, Egg White Frittata with Mozzarella.
