What's on your Tuesday Menu?

I ordered a variety pack from Amazon. LOVE the Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry (my fav). They taste like really good flavored milk, period. The salted caramel okay. I also cracked open 2 different PP's this morning to taste - I can't drink them. I literally shuddered. PTSD flashbacks to post RNY. I have 3 dozen in 6 flavors of PP up for grabs if you want them on your next drive by my neck of the woods. I just ordered 3 dozen Fairlife - vanilla, choc and strawberry.

Oh man, sorry about the PP PTSD. I really like them. What flavors do you have? I might really plan a drive down just to pick them up.
OK, so it's not just me who can't find fairlife. A lot of the HP/LC desserts I see online are made with fairlife and I just wanted to see the difference. I'm good with PP but wanted to try the Fairlife too.

I did not know about a salted caramel fairlife. I could swap that for my half and half! Thanks for the awareness that it exists

I had it in my coffee this morning! They had a coffee flavor also, but I couldn't find that one - it may be discontinued.

as post op RNY my clotting is affected because of Vit K. I need to take dry, water soluble Vit K1 because of that. Vit K is fat soluble, so if I don't supplement, eventually I start getting nose bleeds.

Don't be surprised if it comes low again.

They asked me about nose bleeds, healing time for cuts and blood thinners... None of the above. I'm pretty curious to find out.
