What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Happy Tuesday Gang!! It's a nice crisp, cool morning here in CT. I'm out in the scale house and there is a dead rat or mouse somewhere because it stinks out here. I will have to get a flashlight and pull up the floor to see if I can find it. For now I have the door and windows open. Not much else going on.

QOTD: What's one of your favorite ethnic foods? I love all types of food so it's kind of tough for me to decide, but if I can find true authentic Mexican or Thai food then I am all over it.

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

The weekend went alright. I spent time with a new friend and that was really nice. I also checked out a farmers market and started walking an additional block/walk. A good friend got up to 5 miles and I hope to walk with him eventually.

I'm still grieving my relationship ending. Paula sent me an email yesterday, which is the first communication door in a month. It was asking how much money she owed me and was short.

QOTD- I love Ethnic food in general. My favorite is usually whatever is in front of me. I'm going to go with Northern Thai; vibrant, simple, herbaceous, bright mix of ingredients. I've also been digging Chinese Food from Chengdu, the capital in the Sicuan province. I'm so blessed to be living in a city where you can find any ethnic food you can think of.

B: Coffee with protein shake, 1/2 bagel and lox.

L: 3 baby back ribs, tomatoes& salt.

D: Maxwell's Trading. Talking my sister out for a nice dinner. I'm excited to have dinner with my sister. I'm grateful that we're close.

Speaking of rodents, there is a rat hole in the Roscoe village neighborhood. Today, we bow our heads to the rat immortalized in the pavement.

I didn't even realize you and Paula were no longer together. You both seemed so happy. I'm sorry relationship breakups can be tough. Chin up you'll find your soulmate. :)

Not a lot going on. I'm feeling VERY rough. Not sick but not well either.

i'm hoping to get my room straightened up a bit but it's hard with momma in my room. We'll be going to petco to see if they have stuff for her eyes. Pretty sure it'll end up in a vet appointment for her. Pretty sure it's just allergies or a little bit or an infection. Worried a bit as she doesn't deserve to have it. No one does though I guess,

QOTD: I love true Mexican and Thai as well. Mexican food here is awesome so it's not hard for me to get. Thai is a little watered down here. There is a lot of refugees here so it's not too bad though.
