What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Happy Wednesday Gang. We are halfway through the week. We are in cleaning mode here at work today to get ready for the BAU audit that starts tomorrow. It is going to be a busy day. Other than that not much else going on.

I have to go to Walmart today to get some pint canning jars so I can see if the new cover Presto sent works. It looks like it fits the way it is supposed to and I have so much stuff I want to pressure can to clear out the freezer. So far I have 13 Tulips coming up that I planted in pots. I will transplant them in the Spring in the flower bed I'm going to be making. Irvin and I have big plans for this year.

i've got a rare day off of appointments. We need to run to the bank and the fedex store to mail our old modem.

my mom is on a tear this morning. Huffing and puffing. I'm sick of it honestly. I don't do things exactly like her or read her mind so I am always at fault.

i lost a whole 5 pounds in a month or so on restricting calories to around 1600 or less. My doctor had to talk to me like I'm an imbecile. I don't blame him but it really got me down. He has tried and tried, he knows I can't be super active especially now with the new issues. I am fighting a really dark cloud right now.

we're having a lot of wild fires not even 30 miles from our house. We are NOT in danger at all right now. We had a gust of 70mph yesterday. I was on the road back to Amarillo from Lubbock. We got caught in a haboob. It was so freaking scary. Pics below...I was in the passenger seat.
