Happy Hump Day!!! We didn't go to the Y last night as Irvin's back was a bit sore. If he still isn't feeling up to it tonight, he said he will be my "trainer" and go to coach me. When you get in the groove of things it's tuff to not want to go. I did get a few extra stuff done last night. I rebred the Red New Zealand does since I don't think they took a couple of weeks ago as they weren't very receptive of the bucks. Last night though they were all for it. So, we should have 5 does successfully bred and within the next month we should have a bunch of little bunnies.

I have to run to Walmart for some stuff for the mid outage lunch today and I want to pick up some pre-workout energy drink that I found online, and Walmart sells it.

Started using the Renpho health app that connects to the composition scale we got back in January. Stuff like that really makes you focus on getting fit and healthy. Even if it's a 1/2lb loss you can see each day the progress you are making. It was definitely a great investment and for those of you who lurk or are just starting the WLS journey I would highly recommend investing in one of them.

Mornin y'all.

we have to take the car in for an estimate at 10:30 this morning. If we get to keep the car until they can fix it we need to do a few things like groceries and a Sam's run for our oldest pups special treats.

I kind of got a little stressed late yesterday. Things feel so heavy. I need to go to the doctor but I can't. I have an appointment Friday I am hoping I'll be able to make. I think I'm going down to just one Tylenol 4 a day and then will stop. I just don't feel it does enough to warrant the risk. I'll keep on the lyrica for now. Still haven't heard about the CIMZIA.... All I have is time...right?

B: small ciabatta, egg, cheese and a very small piece of grilled chicken

L: Hawaiian grilled chicken thighs and maybe a small bag of popcorn

D: unknown at this time. Might get some tempura shrimp at Sam's.

the weather is **** here. Friday it's supposed to be 55° for a high.
