What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good Tuesday Morning. A little chilly out, but we are supposed to get some nice weather coming up. Irvin's first day on the job was great. He's all pumped up about working again. We did go to the Y for an hour last night and we are skipping tonight because he has to go to a friend's house to help him with stuff. Which give me time to do other stuff around the house when I get home.

B: coffee with MCT oil

L: deviled eggs and tossed salad

D: baked chicken thighs with steamed broccoli

I'm hoping to replant some of pepper plants and eggplants so in a month they are ready to go outside in the small greenhouse for harding off.
