My Huuby.
My husband , who is in the Air For ce is due home in about 10 days. He has been gone about 6 weeks and I have really been working out. I hope that he can appreciate all the hard work I have put into my body. I am down 94 pounds and have finally caome to a stall.
I guess I cannot complain but it seems like no matter how hard I try (or work out) I cannot seem to get pass 211. I have increased my protein, drink my 7 to 8 glasses of water a day and work out 4 or 5 times a week.
I guess I will eventually start loosing again but this is frustrating! It is driving my
! My friend says maybe I am working out and walking too much?
I do walk 5 days a week with our Greyhound and work out in addition to that.Any suggestions?

Glad you hubby is coming home for a little bit. He will appreciate you no matter what.
If you are working out as much as you say you will see a stall in your weight loss...but it is a good stall. Have a friend come over and hide your scale from you. You need to stay off of it for a week. Everyone will tell you that muscle weighs more than fat...that isn't true. A pound is a pound. It is just muscle is denser than fat. So a pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat. Look at it like a pound of feathers and a pound of gold...which one needs a bigger bag to carry it in.
You are doing great!!! Take your victories away from the scale...

YOUR HUBBY WILL THINK HE HAS A BRAND NEW WIFE ... I BET YOU ARE DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS WITH THOSE 94 #s GONE FOREVER.
NOPE, YOU'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG, OR TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING. IT IS JUST YOUR BODY READJUSTING & REBALANCING ITSELF. BELIEVE ME ... I JUST CAME OFF AN UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING 14-WEEK SLOW DOWN/STALL, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT ... THOUGHT IT WOULD NEVER STOP, BUT IT DID & NOW I'M LOSING AGAIN.
STICK WITH THE PROGRAM ... CONTINUE YOUR EXERCISES & WALKS ... WHEN YOUR BODY IS BACK TO A HEALTHY, BALANCED PLACE, IT WILL START LOSING AGAIN, I PROMISE YOU.
POST SOME BEFORE & NOW COMPARISON PICS, MS CHASTITY ... WE'D ALL LOVE TO SEE YOUR FANTASTIC PROGRESS.
GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR HUBBY
