PMS, what do I do?
Umm, this is so personal, but I really have to know!
PMS has taken on a whole new meaning since I have lost weight. I become this monster that I have never met before. I cry and mope around. I yelled at my fiancé last night for no reason and made him feel responsible for my bad mood. I have no idea when I went from normal periods to this "mental state". Has anyone else had a major change in their cycle like this? My period and timing have not changed, but my mind sure has!!! Am I crazy? I have noticed a progressive change, but this month is HORRIBLE. I am embarrassed.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. My only source of comfort has been blocked **** cream). I had better end this before the tears begin to flow again, I am a mess!

You should talk to your doctor about this. One of the reasons I take Prozac is for PMDD - Premenstrual Dysmorphic Disorder. Its a hormonal imbalance. I used to fly into a rage, then cry and say how sorry I was every month at the same time. My husband had no idea what to do. We were newlyweds and my doctor told me that taking this would save my marriage. He also said that it would only get worse as I got older.
It has definitely leveled me off. I'm not a zombie, I still have emotions, but they are not so severe. I feel much better and my home life is much happier.
