Dawn Update..

I went to see Dawn this evening.. and spent a good while visiting with her and her husband. She seems and looks SOOOO Much better now that the tube is in and is draining that fluid out of her lungs.. She said that the nausea is GONE! And she has had nausea AWFUL nausea since the day of surgery... Where she couldn't drink anything that would set her off and she would lose it.. So she was very excited about that. She said she will see how she is in the morning, and hopes it is the same or better! I was so glad to see her. She hadnt seen me since May 9th, and ive lost 24 lbs since then and she said that she could really tell it, which is encouraging to me! She looks SO much better though. She was sitting up, actually laughing and joking! She explained it as she had a leak, and the part of the leak came in contact with the old stomach, and the friction and same tissues decided to connect back together, and now there is a hole going into her old stomach, so when she drinks liquids it actually leaves her small pouch and then enters her old stomach too. Dr Bour said that it will only allow things that will fit through like liquids so it doesnt seem like a big problem. And that the bypass will still "work" . I told her I was claiming that God will heal her quickly and she will be NORMAL again SOON! .. Then I got to hacking because i feel like i have something metal stuck in my throat, and she got all worried because of it.. but thats a whole 'nother post after this one! LOL.. I asked her if she had a laptop, because i was gonna offer her mine to use while in the hospital, and she said yea, but she didnt have a dial up ISP, so i told her I would make her a screen name on one of my accounts to use to get online at the hospital! So I will do that tomorrow and call and give her the info to get online. SO Hopefully we will see her posting her own updates online and she will have more things to do than watch the clock
