You won't believe this!!!!
Hello All,
You won't believe this but there is something to be said about eating 6 small meals a day. I had been going through a slight stall- about a month long- where I had not lost any weight, as a matter of fact I gained (due to some female issues). While reading, I kept coming across stories where people talked about 6 small meals, and how keeping your metabolism "busy" aids in weight loss. Well I'll tell you what, there is TRUTH in that statement!! On Sunday I was 204 pounds, today I weighed in @ 197!!!!!
A challenge: If you are experiencing a stall in your weight loss, try 6 small meals, along with your water, for a week and see the difference!!!

Hey Mary- you look GREAT by the way,
I loosely followed ATkins- no bread, pasta, rice or fruit, protein first, cheese, eggs, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other veggies as I craved them! I'm telling you this 6 small meals a day is a WONDERFUL stall breaker. I chose Atkins because of the ease- between my crazy schedule I have no time to cook or PRE pare!!!

I'm a witness too! I'd been in a stall for 3 weeks, but when I increased my meals it broke with a 7 lb loss also. So here's to the small meals
