Lack of losing
Hey ladies....got a question. I had my surgery on April 28th, of this year and i have lost 56 lbs. Which is GREAT, but the weight is just coming off sooooo slow. I lost only 1 lb. this week....I thought that the weight would not melt off, but I thought that going to the extreme of rerouting my guts, that the weight would be more??? I am very upset and very tearful and i was wondering if ayone could offer some help or advice....oh yeah, I do exercise about 2-3 times a week.

Everyone goes through stalls. I've had acouple of weeks where I've lost NOTHING. So still losing a pound a week is great.
Besides you've lost 56 lbs. I had my surgery a month before you and I've lost 64, but only 57 of that has been since surgery and I'v lost 1 pound this week after not losing for almost 2 weeks. I am grateful for that one little pound!!
You are doing great. Don't be discouraged. It is going to come off.

Chell Sweetie,
At times I think I'm the queen of stalls!!!
Yes, stalls can be nerve racking, but they don't last forever. Really they don't!!!
I think we have to remind ourselves just how far we've come. You had your surgery in APRIL, I had mine in February( EARLY FEB), I've lost 69 lbs in 5 1/2 months, you've lost 56 lbs in 2 1/2 months, ok you do the math
You're doing fine Darlin', don't be so hard on yourself
Remember this is not an easy fix...it takes time and effort on our part, and as long as your doing your part, your body will have no choice but to follow suit.
Chin up Girlfriend!!!
