Go to www.thinnerself.com The guy on this website is a WLS patient and has several calculators in place on his site that can help determine the amount of water and protien that we should be getting. I was VERY surprised to see that I need nearly 96 oz's per day based on wt and ht. From the research that I have done his numbers on right on target for each individual.
Just my humble opinion.

Okay, that is a great site, but the thing that scared me was that I read he gained back like 38lbs of his weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO NOT want to gain back any of my weight!! I want to just keep losing! I am so afraid!!! I am starting to get an appetite again, so gotta get that in check here! I am not eating, but its hard to fight the feeling now...wouldn't you know right here at 1 yr I am freaking!
Okay, I am calm, and I am going to NOT go back to where I came from!!!
Thanks for the great site by the way....I just pray that its exactly what Dr. Byrne said, His patients DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT back! I pray so!!

Hey, Girl!!
When I get REALLY hungry, I eat big salads with protein. The lettuce fills me up with hardly any calories. And then I get busy with something, so I forget about being hungry, or do something that won't allow me to eat, like painting or water skiing.
You're not going to gain it back because you ARE freaking. You're staying on top of things and sticking to the rules. Freaking is normal and in my opinion, healthy, but who asked me? LOL We all feel the same way! Thank Goodness those ravenous hunger attacks pass. They are so scary.
