Saw Dr. Byrne today and I have lost another*** 22 pounds ***, giving me a total of *** 34 pounds ***. The best part of this story is, I have been taken off 7 meds entirely! (for H/B & diabeties), by family doctor. I am a happy woman!!!!

Congrats Nancy, I am two weeks out and about 20 lbs down. Like you I live in the Low Country (Mt. Pleasant). I can tolerate the yougurt fine but boy grits...that sets like a brick with me! Michael

Hey, Michael I know what that brick feels like! . . . but it is yogurt that does it to me! Can you eat small curd cottage cheese? I ate it with jello, big help. 10 pounds a week is great! Nancy

Yep, The small curd Cottage Cheese is my best friend right now. I eat it with peaches packed in pear juice (pureed of course) for every other meal. Michael
