Okay, I saw the plateau buster diet below, so I am going to try it and see if that will take off my last 7lbs. I don't really have to lose it, but I am stuck at 157, and it bounces up and down to 159 to 157...can't get below that. Time to get mad!! If anyone else has an idea or better way to get rid of those last hanging on pounds, let me know! Miss everyone at LCBB! Deborah

Good luck, Deborah!! I can't wait for Saturday!! LOL I have lost 7 pounds, though - I'm just worried whether this will stay off! I had been stalemated between 150 and 155 for 6 months, playing w/the same 5 pounds! I will be SO glad if this really has done the trick!! Let me know how you do!! Hugs, Connie 278/147

Well I have a dumb question- why does our weight or rather MY weight yo-yo so easily??? I tried the new Hank's shake the other day without changing any of my other eating habits with the exception of cutting one of my "meals" that was replaced by the protien shake.... gained 2.6 (that's almost 3 pounds!!) I lost about 10 pounds last week and this week I have been between 180-182.6 all week!!! What is the deal?????
