Question
I lost about 30 lbs in the first month. I am averaging about 3-4 lbs/week since then. But I have a very active lifestyle. I am always on the go. I work 2 jobs that have helped with keeping me moving. I also walk when I find the time in the evening.
Your weight loss could be slow or fast depending. So do not get discourage if you think the weight is coming off too slow. As long as it is coming off then you are such a loser!
Also plan on hitting plateaus and stalls. Those are completely normal.
