Life has been good. The pet sitting business, which I run out of my home and is a little over a year old, is finally slowing down. It got crazy there for a while. I will enjoy the slow time. Hopefully I can now make it back to a LCBB meeting.

I just received this email from the company.
Mary,
You were mistakenly charged this amount through no fault of our own. It seems that the payment processor that links with PayPal inadvertently took the future charge of $34.97 for the monthly autoshipment of the Hank's Finest protein, and charged it upfront. We have yet to receive a satisfactory answer as to why this happened.
There are 2 things we can do. We can take the payment off and credit it back to you. Or, in 2 weeks or so your monthly shipments of the protein will start anyway. We will not charge you for that shipment then. Please let us know what you would like to do.

One of our ladies on the board did a search on your business & there seems to be some question about your claim that you have a storefront business. From what she found, your business seems to be run from your home.
That has led many of us to question if your product is legitimate & if it has the nutrition values claimed on the label. So ...
Where is your product produced & packaged?
Who validates the ingredients & nutritional value of
your product?
Why are you not listed with the better business bureau?

I just received notification from the "Mail Delivery System" that my e-mail to Hank's (Finest Protein Powder Company) Customer Service e-mail address had not been delivered/picked up. That seems strange. I'll give it a couple days since we just had a federal holiday ... Maybe his business was closed for the 3-day weekend.
So, no response to my inquiries about his product ingredients, nutritional values & business location.
