Thanks for the info, Elizabeth ... I was one of the few that didn't care for the taste after I received my samples, so I haven't ordered any. Our nutritionist taught us that whey concentrate is a less pure form of protein than whey isolate, and therefore costs less than isolate. So the fact that the first ingredient in Hank's is whey concentrate, yet it costs so much, made me wonder. So many love the taste though ... maybe he charges more because of that. Your new picture is so pretty! Dawn

Sorry didn't see anything written by Dame Tooter about Hank's Protein Milkshake... but I sent off for the sample packets and it's the most delicious protein drink I've ever tasted. My son in law and I are going in on a couple of cans. Didn't care much for the vanilla but the chocolate was like drinking Nestle's Quick.

Here's the latest on my e-mail to Hank's asking about who packages their product, who validates the ingredients & nutritional values of the protein, & such ... I e-mailed to the link that said it was their Customer Support Department, but it cannot/has not been delivered to any e-mail box & the notice came back twice noting that their e-mail address was for FIT TV or something like that, which has nothing to do with Hank's Finest Protein Company that I can see. So, something seems to be a little amiss here ... If anyone else received an answer to an e-mail from Hank's Customer Service, please let me know the address & I'll try again. Since we cannot get any answers from Hank, the thing that worries me is if this is actually a "home" business, how is the quality control handled for something that is going into our bodies? How are we assured that the ingredients & nutritional values are what is noted on the label? Anything can be put in a canister with a label on it. God bless ... Dawn & Nick

Well, it seems that Hank from Hank's Finest Protein Products, got his panties in a wad because obesityhelp.com members are questioning his product, manufacturing process & quality control practices. He acted very immature in his response & seemed to attack the writer of an e-mail to him for even asking the questions. He did not, not, not give the name of the companies who package, formulate or validate the nutritional values of his product & he misplaced (yeah, right) the data on his product so he couldn't forward it. Remember, it's our right & responsibility as consumers to investigate products that are going into our bodies ... Or may have other safety issues involved. God bless ... Dawn & Nick
