Okay, this is the weirdest thing that has ever happened to me, but I have for the past week had a terrible burning sensation in my left ankle/lower leg in just one spot. No bites, no suburns, stings, cuts, medicines, lotions, creams or anything abnormal...its not even red ???? I don't know?? So, when you look at my leg it looks normal, not discolored or red, or anything, but it burns like a hot burn or something...??? STRANGE!!!! Okay, we are doing good, I have been a little depressed lately...no friends here, and too many people to really get to know anyone as you never see the same person twice! My appetite has also come back today/this weekend, and it makes me scared!!! I hate this feeling!!! I did start taking my wellbutrin again...can that cause a burning sensation in the leg?? Okay, hope everyone is doing well, and if anyone has a clue on the burning thing, let me know. Take care, Deb

Hi Deb. I don't know about the burning thing, but wanted to say Hi and hang in there, you will meet new friends soon. We miss you at LCBB...... As for the appetite, that can be very hard. I was in Jacksonville this weekend at a party and found myself eating more than I should have. Had to reign myself in quickly....but not easy to do! I can eat more than I used to, which is scary, so I guess we now have to work on the "head" thing! Take care and keep us posted on the plastics! Love, Susann

Do you notice it when you walk or excerise? I had a burning sensation on the outside of my lower legs when I walked. I actually had to stop walking and find another excerise until I went to a speciality shoe store and found out it was linked to the way I walked. They put me in New Balance 815 and the pain has stopped. OF course they stopped making the 815's right after I was fitted in them. There is a replacement, the New Balance 816. It may be related to your walking gate. I would go to a speciality foot store and see if they can not help you figure out if you are in the right shoes. I hope this helps. Julie

wow ... I am at a total loss as to what that could be. The only thing I can think of is to get it checked out, if nothing else for your own peace of mind. As for the eating thing I don't think that I would be a good one to gage that for you, I have pretty much gotten to the poit just to keep my blood sugar stable I am having to eat at least every 2 hours if not more often, and I hate that. Mostly cause I am just not hungry. I really hope that you find out what is going on and feel better soon. You are in my thoughts. Miss ya Kylee

I'm having this type of pain, but it's on the top of my foot. I'm told it's compression of my deep perineal (sp?) nerve. I'm going through different types of things now to try and avoid surgery to correct. And my appetite is always healthy! Went away for like the first 6 mos after GB, but it's always here now. I just had more lipo last week which also makes you want to eat more.... crazy

I got it figured out!! It is due to the nerve being pinched in my back. I am going to find a chiropractor soon, as today no problems. Thanks everyone!! Deb
