I have a Low carb Recipe cookbook I got from the March board. It is over 600 pages in a word document that is about 4.5 MB. I'll be happy to e-mail it to anyone that is interested. Kathy

Hey Kathy. send me a copy some time down the road, I'm in no hurry for it ,so take care of everyone who has already had the surgery, looks like mine won't be any time soon. [email protected] Thanks! Mary P. S. We will probably be bald together, I think I'm going to start looking for a wig now, lol. My hair is already falling out from old age, so I will be really bald afterwards. I'm taking hair vitamins now but not seeing any improvement, just lots of hair in the shower, in my brush, and on my clothes!
