home from surgery
Hey debbie,
the headaches can be from dehydration or caffeine withdrawal. I had them too, and it was caffiene withdrawal for me...Hurt so bad. I had toradol, and it helped.
Try to keep sipping on some propel as it has electrolytes that will help with the headaches too.
You sound great!!!
keep up the great work, and keep up with your protein and fluids!!! Don't worry about carbs for at least a month, just count your sugar/protein/ and water and you will do well!!
((((hugs)))and best wishes! God bless
deb

Congratulations, Debbie!!
The gas was the worse part for me..
It keeps getting better and better from here!
I think those headaches I got was from Caffene withdrawl..I stopped drinking coffee for 4 months post op cause I couldn't stand to smell it, much less drink it..all that is back to normal now..I have my caffene fix every morning..Wow, what a ru**** is now..I think the bypass rushes the caffene to the head!! LOL
Take care!
Joys,
Janet
