Nervous about 3 mo f/u with Dr Bour tomorrow

I have my 3 month follow up tomorrow and I am a nervous wreck. I saw Dr. Russell about my "anger and rage issues" yesterday , where he told me I was on the severe end of OCD. Joyful visit and he upped my Lexapro. As of yesterday I have lost 60lbs and I am not sure if I am on target or not and I am scared he might yell at me. Should I worry??? Patti

Don't worry he won't yell. He just kinda wants to see where you are with things. If you are a faster than normal loser or a slower than normal loser, he'll let you know what to expect in the next few months or he will tell you what he expects from you in the next few months. Its a breeze. It took me a while to realize that f/u means follow up. I always associate it with another pair of words... Kathy

Too funny I remember my 3rd job, they used to put F. U. and a date in the upper right hand corner of the correspondence. Someone would take it and file it, and on that date they would bring it to you with the file. I thought it was hilarious. My other jobs we called it a diary date. The things you come across in life.

Well how about this one. I have had to type many a report and file many a patent application for something that has to do with a "pulsating heat pipe." How naughty does that sound? Of course I sit in a group of PhD engineers just giggling at my computer everytime I have to type that phrase, but I have to keep it all to myself. We also have Approved Source Sheets which are commonly abbreviated as "A.S.S." Kathy

OMG now that is a picture I won't be getting out of my mind for a loooong time. pulsating heat pipe. what a hoot. You just reminded me, we had a guy who used to hand write his memo's. He would sigh them Bruce Iehl Ass. Und. He cracked us up for sure.
