FINALLYYYYY!!!!! 100 lbs gone...........YEAH!!!!!

As most of you know I have been on a 4 month plateau. I finally hit 180 yesterday but waited until this morning to make sure and sure enough it is true. Wooooohoooo 100 lbs gone!! What a relief. I really felt like I had lost all I was going to lose and it took me 10 months to lose 100 lbs. It feels so good. I actully cut down my protein and started eating just a few bites of food and not until I was full and eating every couple hours and that is what broke my plateau and it is even that time of the month so I am sure I will be about 3 or 4 lbs less after that. Also since I cut my protein down my hair is not falling out much at all now. I am so happy. How do I get a century club card on my profile now?? Hope to see my LCBB friends tomorrow night if I can. I really need to keep going, you guys give me inspiration to try harder and keep on track each time I go. Everyone looks so good!! Thanks for all your support!! I love you guys.

Yahoooo Girl...Good job...I know I have been stuck since losing my 100lbs the 19th I haven't lost anymore. So I am entering all my food on fitday.com and hoping I can find out what is going on. I used my treadmill today for 11 minutes also. Hope that will help. I only have 55 more to lose so I want to jumpstart the loss as much as I can. Keep up the good work.
