Thanks for the directions Marcey. Question for everyone.....Does anyone have any protein supplements they aren't using??? If so, and would like to share, can you bring them to Marcey's on Monday. My surgery is on Wednesday and I'm scared to buy some of this stuff because it's so expensive and I don't know what my tastes will be like. I would be grateful if you aren't using it anymore to take it off your hands. thanks so much, Cynthia

Hey!! I really wish I could come,but we are still in the midst of the move!!!! We had some delays with some folks and things were not done last week, so I am still not in my house yet and trying to get everything done this week. I know you all are going to have a great time.
