Century Club? ME??!!??

Hard to get it through my head ... because I still feel like I'm in the same body I was 6 months ago ... but --- I started my journey at 323 pounds, and yesterday my weight was 222 pounds. I've lost 101 pounds!!! Dawn

LOL Kathy ... I think that smiley would be great! But I'd have to lose another 50 pounds to have it used for me. The only thing on me that can be called skinny right now are my boobs! Thanks for being such a sweet friend, and an incredible inspiration! Dawn

WTG Dawn! Girl you have done fantastic at losing. 101 pounds is still unthinkable to me right now, but I know it will happen. All of my weight loss friends are shrinking away and looking so great, just more incentive for everyone else following your journey. I'm so proud of you and I know you will be able to see what the rest of us see, just take those naked pics like Jen does, you will definetly see it then. The mind unfortunetly plays cruel jokes on us but pictures tell the truth. I looked at the ones Sonny took the morning of my surgery and got sick looking at them. I didn't see it in the mirror, but those pics were screaming FAT,FAT, FAT at me, loud and clear.Hope to see you soon, your such an inspiration to me. Mary

Aww thanks Mary! Yes, it WILL happen for you ... before you can possibly imagine that it's happening. I am excited to watch your progress as you go through the next few months! But there will be NO nekkid pics of me! LOL, Jen has set the bar tooooo high. It was hard enough for me to pose for my "before" pic in shorts and a sleeveless top! It is alot easier to see my progress in pictures. I'm like you, before surgery I thought I looked "ok". Only when I would see pictures of myself did I realize how really big I was. And now, it's the only way for me to see the loss, too. You are doing SO great, Mary! I'm a little envious of your ability to get in all that clear protein! If you keep that up, maybe you won't go bald like me! Dawn

LOL! Your envious and I'm totally shocked that I can drink the Prostat. I have no clue why it isn't tasting bad to me now. The first time I tried it I almost puked, now for some reason all I taste is the cherry. Must be gods way of getting me through this. So far nothing has changed taste wise. Nothing has been too sweet, and in a way, I was hoping they would. Well, at least sweets weren't my problem, everything else was, lol. I remember at the meeting at Kathy's house you said I would be bringing the prostat back to get rid of it, I'm just glad I did take it and try it, again, it must gods way of taking my hand and guiding me through this, maybe he knows how scared I am of going bald, lol. I'm sure I will still have it come out, but maybe just not at bad. I will continue using the prostat to make sure I get enough protein in even after I start eating solid food. Your such a beautiful person inside and out! Mary
