PSA - protein bars...

Hey there Wanted to warn you about the new Special K Protein Bars...they have 16 grams of sugar per bar!!! I had a little over half of one yesterday and had to go home from work. I felt like crap!!!! My arms were heavy, my heart was racing and I was bouncing back and forth from being hot to cold. I was horrible!!! --Kelly

Girlfriend...I read the box at Walmart last week and said no way...to much sugar.....sorry you had to experience it.....now you know and can avoid them like the plague. Hope you feel better. In Him, Joan M
