Update --TT/BR/Where am I?

ok, well hi to you all! Many of you gals which i was on hear all the time, may hardly be here yourself much. I promise it has just been so busy, that I'm wanting to be here more often. Well here is the spill. Monday i saw a wonderful plastic surgeon for a TT and BR refferral. I should find out within 3-5 business days if they were approved.. He does feel he should do the surgeries seperately... 1 -BR Would be done in Dec when my mom is coming to visit me here in Germany so she could help me care for my daughter ( 22 mths old)..... 2-TT - He recommended doing in Feb ( 2mths after BR)...and i'm so confused on if i should have one.>I told him that i KNOW i want to get pregnant again, and he said no problem..He felt I'd be better off regardless after a baby than my tummy is now.. But I'm just not sure i am wanting to wait the recommended 9-12 mths after the TT to wait to TTC...so many choices......- Well, AND we found out where we move next...it is Ft. Campbell, KY ( we'll actually live in Clarksville, TN..)...Moving APRIL 07.............. SO much going on..I'm maintaining at 144 lbs.....size 8!

I would come over in a heart beat to help out, but I would be laying in bed next to you...haha I am having mine on December 13th, and my doc won't combine procedures either. He says its safer, esp. with WLS patients because of our special nutritional needs and lack of protein and also for comfort levels from having major surgery and healing. Up your protein now to at least 100gms per day, it speeds up healing. You will have to drink it in. I ordered the profect, by Protica to help out. Go on and do your complete tummy tuck and get the extended one if you can, or lower body lift, you get your outer thighs done with the abdominoplasty at the same time, that is what I am going to have on Dec. 13th. Hi Deb, I know I am putting the horse before the cart but I noticed that you are in Charleston Sc and said that you are having plastic surgery done. Can you forward information regarding your plastic surgeon to me? I did an entire year of research on Dr.Byrne before I decided to go through with the WLS (I'm scheduled for 1/5/07) and I would like time to do the research on a plastic surgeon too. I know I have to wait a full year after WLS so that gives me just enough time to research the plastic surgeon. I already know that I want a BR. My back is always killing me so if nothing else I gotta have that done. Thanks in advance and good luck. good luck on your BR & TT ,wow in April you are moving to ky hey me to my hubby retires in August we are moving to paris close to Lex my son & I are moving in June then he will follow yea ,you will love KY it is my home town so nice& peacefull.

Hey there Wow, so much to think about. I'm not sure about the TT before more children. It is so hard to get back to your before child size after children...I would almost want to wait. However, I understand your desire to get it done now too. Wow, what choices to make. Is the surgeon you are seeing there better than any one you could see here. If so, do it!!! Heather, Just wanted to say how nice it is to see you here again .... and congrats on maintaining in that size 8! That's awesome. I can't imagine having to decide about the TT, before or after another pregnancy ... good luck with that difficult decision! And I know your families are so happy to look forward to you moving back to the States. How wonderful is that! Dawn
